FEP Foundation Vocational Grant

2014 Grant Winner: Niya Wheeler–ETHS

niya-wheeler-300Niya grew as a student over time. She was reluctant to try honors courses, but with pressure and encouragement from her teachers, she accepted the challenge. Niya moved from Algebra to Algebra honors and excelled. From there, she has added more honors courses and has consistently grown into a much stronger, successful student.

We honor her by supporting her pursuit to obtaining a Certified Nursing Aide Certificate this summer, as Niya believes this will help bolster her ultimate goal of attending a four-year Nurse Practitioner degree.

Congratulations Niya!
